By accessing and using the Customer Insights Action website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Customer Insights Action provides marketing copywriting, content creation, email marketing, and lead generation services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any specific agreements made between you and Customer Insights Action.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. We accept payment via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the work product created specifically for you. Customer Insights Action retains the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions and Changes

We include revision rounds as specified in each service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. All revision requests must be made within the agreed timeframe.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to complete the work. Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Customer Insights Action's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the work completed at the time of cancellation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
